No. The invoice is built entirely in your browser and the PDF is produced by your browser’s own print-to-PDF. Your business details, customer data and amounts never leave your device — saved details are kept only in this browser’s local storage.
How do I download the invoice as a PDF?
Click “Download PDF”. Your browser’s print dialog opens — choose “Save as PDF” as the destination. Because it uses print-to-PDF, the result is a sharp, vector document with selectable text, not an image.
Can I add tax or VAT, or mark the invoice exempt?
Yes. Turn on tax, set the rate, and the base, tax amount and total are calculated automatically. Set the rate to 0 and add a note (for example “EXENTA Otros”) to show a VAT-exempt invoice, or hide the tax section entirely.
Can I save and reuse an invoice layout?
Yes. Arrange and fill the page once, then save it as a named template — it’s stored in your browser, so you can load it for every invoice and just change the customer, number and amounts. Your current invoice also autosaves, so a refresh never loses your work.
