Reporting a bug

A little context makes bugs fixable on the first try. If you can, include:

• Which tool you were using (the page URL is enough).
• Your browser and device — e.g. “Chrome on Windows 11”, “Safari on iPhone”.
• What you expected and what happened instead.
• The kind of file involved (format and rough size) — not the file itself if it’s private. Since the tools run on your device, we never have a copy; a description is all we need.

Suggesting a tool or feature

A lot of what’s on this site exists because someone asked for it. If a tool you need is missing — or an existing one almost does what you want — tell us what you’re trying to get done and we’ll see if it fits the one rule everything here follows: it has to run entirely in your browser.

A note on privacy

Emailing us is the only time you send us anything. The tools themselves upload nothing — files, text and numbers you put into them are processed on your device and never reach a server of ours. Details in the privacy policy.
